Privacy Policy

Overview

Pain Pilot ("we", "us") helps you track pain, symptoms, medications, and appointments. We take your privacy seriously: your health data belongs to you, is tied to your account, and is never sold to third parties.

What we collect

  • Account information (email address, authentication identifiers).
  • Health-related entries you create: pain logs, journal entries, diagnoses, medications, appointments.
  • Subscription and payment status (processed by Stripe; we never see your card details).
  • Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your data

We use your data only to provide the service: to show you your own entries, generate insights and PDF reports for you, send you reminders you've enabled, and process subscription payments. We do not use your health data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Storage and security

Your data is stored in a secure managed database with row-level security so that only your authenticated account can read or write your entries. Payments are handled by Stripe. We use industry-standard encryption in transit.

Your rights

You can view, export (as a PDF report), and delete your entries from inside the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.

Not medical advice

Pain Pilot is a tracking tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
