Terms of Service — Pain Pilot

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pain Pilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Pain Pilot lets you log pain, symptoms, medications, diagnoses, and appointments, and generate a personal PDF report. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

Not medical advice

Pain Pilot is a personal tracking tool and is not a medical device. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe on others' rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation.

Your content

You own the entries you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the Service to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service at risk.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
